Founders Peter and Dana Burdi’s rich heritage in the culinary scene kicked off in 2009 with the acclaimed Hinsdale hotspots Il Poggiolo and Nabuki. Fueled by an enduring love for Italian cuisine and culture, they’ve provided Hinsdale with distinctive, refined dining experiences for more than 15 years.

Their latest venture, Pronto Sandwiches, brings a new slice of Italian culinary traditions to Hinsdale, powered by artisanal Schiacciata bread and family recipes that have been cherished and handed down through generations, promising a collection of flavors that capture the authentic essence of Italy.
