Founded by Peter and Dana Burdi, Pronto was created from a love of authentic Italian Flavors and the simple joy of sharing a great sandwich. After traveling to Milan, Italy to visit their daughter Isabella studying abroad and experiencing traditional schiacciata bread firsthand, Peter and Dana were inspired to bring that same unforgettable bread and flavor back home.

What started as inspiration became a commitment – to craft something truly special from scratch. Deep appreciation for tradition baking, Peter and Dana set out to bring true Italian craftsmanship to their community – using time-honored methods, high-quality, all-natural ingredients, and recipes rooted in tradition.

What makes Pronto special is the heart behind it. Peter and Dana believe that great food brings people together – around the table, at work, at celebrations and in everyday moments. Leading the kitchen is Chef Saul Maya, whose culinary experience and creativity elevate every sandwich we serve. Chef Saul brings skill, precision and a passion for bold yet balanced flavors, ensuring each sandwich is layered thoughtfully and crafted to perfection.
